Pennsylvania Online Driver's Education Course

30-hour Online Teen Driver's Education Course

This ONLINE course is to be Solely Accessed via a laptop or

computer.

Using any other device will not have good results.

To be eligible to enroll in this online driver education course, you must:

1. Be at least 15 years old
2. Have access to the Internet
3. Complete the online application form on the next page
4. Pay the fee

Enrolled students must agree to the following:

1. I must read every page of the online textbook (monitored)
2. I must complete all modules in order, starting at module one.
3. I must have an 80% proficiency on the quizzes and tests before moving on to the next topic or module (allowed only two attempts per day.)
4. I must complete this course within 12 months –365 days, if not an extension fee will be $25 for additional 45 days.
5. I must complete a minimum 30-hour course time.
6. I understand if I quit the course within 7 days of enrollment I will receive a refund only a $10 administrative fee will not be refunded, I must notify Costech Technologies Inc. (SEE Contact Information) within the 7 days of my decision NOT to continue.
7. I understand to receive my 10% insurance reduction, I will also need to complete 6 hours of behind the wheel instruction to accompany the Certificate of Completion for this virtual course. O.C.G.A. 33-9-42(c)(3)
8. I understand when communicating or corresponding with Costech administrators, teachers, and support personnel that I must NOT use abusive or offensive language.  If I use abusive or offensive language I may be suspended or removed from this course and not receive a Certificate of Completion or refund.

In order to be eligible for the Final Examination, enrolled students must:

Have completed all work and have achieved 80% proficiency for the following:
    - Each topic quiz
    - Each module test; and
    - Completed 30-hour course time (time logs include textbook, quizzes and tests are included).

In order to receive the certificate for the course, enrolled students must:

Pass the final with at least a score of 80%.

Once a student has completed all the course material, the Course Provider will receive a notification and will unlock the final exam. Once the final exam is taken and successfully completed,  a Completion Certificate will be issued and sent via email. Completion certificates are issued Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm (after 5 pm, the certificate is created next day).
